Thexton Smith have had the pleasure of working with Orion Builders on a 90 bed single level aged care addition to an existing 90 bed aged care facility in Whittlesea.

We found the Orion Builders site and management team to be proactive, reasonable and cooperative, often going out of their way to satisfy the client and the on-site operations team. As with all projects some unknown and unexpected items popped up, and these were handled professionally, diligently and quickly.

The communication between the site team and the client’s on-site operations team was - from my perspective - fantastic, with the Orion Builders team having a clear understanding and appreciation of the needs of the operating 90 bed facility and its management and staff.

Given our experience with Orion Builders, we would not hesitate to put their name forward on our future projects.

I met with David from Orion Builders in 2014 for the first time after he had quoted on our 400m2 warehouse with a 170m2 office. Being a german engineer my expectations are high. This didn’t challenge him the slightest. The entire build went very well and David and his brothers made us feel in good hands.

Since then I’ve done another complex project with them involving underpinning on a very tight site.
