George is a qualified carpenter with over 40 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. George’s hands-on approach is further complemented by his service and solutions-driven attitude for delivering results that impress and relationships that stand the test of time.

George is actively at the forefront of construction throughout each project, from the preparation of each site to completion and subsequent maintenance. With strong problem-solving skills, physical stamina and a focus on detail, George is a skilled artisan who produces quality workmanship in accordance with policies, regulations and safety protocols.

For 35 years, Stephen has played a key role in the delivery of many medium-to large-scale construction projects. His attention to detail remains unrivalled. Stephen’s superior skill and guidance in providing value from start to finish set the tone for Orion’s high-level delivery of projects.

The nature of Stephen’s role highlights the importance of smart planning and the strategy-led execution of projects. Stephen manages, analyses and mitigates risk to guarantee the smooth running of each project on all levels: time, cost, compliance and contractual conditions. The day-to-day functions see him responsible for budgeting, organising and scheduling project requirements as necessary.

For over 30 years, David has been immersed in the building industry. As a Director of Orion Builders, David’s management and communication skills are what set him apart.

Through his leadership and impeccable site support, project timelines are always met. No stone goes unturned. David’s focus on people paves the way for great results and ensures our clients benefit from our streamlined processes and culture. Highly respected among his peers and clients, David is no stranger to large scale multi-residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the eastern seaboard of Australia.

David is across all phases of each project, overseeing the day-to-day flow of worksite activities and their coordination – this includes everything from overseeing subcontractors, managing material and equipment and ensuring specifications are met on time and within budget. David’s number one goal is to accomplish project goals through full immersion in our projects and always leading with a hands-on approach.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Peter has extensive experience in the building and financial services arena spanning over 25 years. Peter is an agile risk and compliance expert with indisputable attention to detail.

With high-level competence in identifying and mitigating risk, coupled with his natural ability to effectively communicate with the broader team Peter ensures the streamlined efficiency of Orion’s office operations.

A role with many moving parts, Peter is responsible for maintaining the overall financial records of the company and project-specific costings and analysis. Further to day-to-day administrative functions and corporate governance, Peter oversees compliance and monitoring via thorough reporting and reconciliation. Peter is committed to quality improvement through reviewing and implementing necessary changes.

Over 30 years of experience in Project and Design and a diverse portfolio behind him, Aaron has worked alongside some of Australia’s major brands and brings a fresh perspective to the Orion team.

From industrial, health, education, to retail and community projects, Aaron leverages his diverse background to develop high-quality designs for our clients. A true professional with interpersonal skills a cut above the rest, Aaron’s innate ability to lead and develop teams is essential to Orion’s culture.

Aaron achieves the project-specific contractual objectives of our clients and formulates creative design solutions under them. Aaron manages project design through pre-construction, design phase and construction delivery to the highest standard and

Sandy’s strong communication skills and sound knowledge of construction procedures give him an edge in providing the leadership needed to successfully oversee safe construction sites. His tenacity, detailed-orientated focus, and natural ability to engage with clients, sub-contractors, employees, and site staff makes for a safe and happy workplace across the board. On a day-to-day basis, Sandy is directly responsible for monitoring construction sites for compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) laws. He sets and reviews health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries, through appropriate safety gear, signage, inductions and site-specific training.
